Türkçe: Verilerinizin silinmesi
Uygulama içinden (önerilen yol): Profil → Destek ve gizlilik → Verilerimi sil. Bu işlem; buluttaki hesap belgenizi, tüm kayıtlarınızı (uyku, beslenme, bez, boy-kilo, dışkı notları, hatırlatıcılar), cihazdaki fotoğrafları ve uygulama ayarlarını derhal ve kalıcı olarak siler.
Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız: "Verilerimin silinmesi" konulu bir e-postayı destek@luluna.app adresine gönderiniz. Luluna kayıt gerektirmediğinden (anonim hesap kullanılır), kayıtlarınızın tespit edilebilmesi için hatırladığınız bilgileri iletmenizi rica ederiz: bebeğinizin adı, doğum tarihi, ülke ve uygulamanın yaklaşık kurulum tarihi. Tespit edilen kayıtlar en geç 30 gün içinde silinir ve size bilgi verilir.
Saklama: Silinen veriler geri getirilemez. Çökme raporları en fazla 90 gün, anonim kullanım istatistikleri 2 ay sonra kendiliğinden silinir. Ayrıntılı bilgi için: luluna.app/gizlilik
English: Deleting your data
In the app (recommended): Profile → Support and privacy → Delete my data. This immediately and permanently deletes your account document in the cloud, all of your records (sleep, feeding, nappies/diapers, length and weight, stool notes, reminders), the photos on your device and the app settings.
If you can no longer access the app: send an e-mail with the subject "Delete my data" to support@luluna.app. Because Luluna does not require registration (it uses an anonymous account), please include any details you remember so that we can locate your records: your baby's name, date of birth, country and approximately when you installed the app. Records we locate are deleted within 30 days and we will confirm this to you.
Retention: Deleted data cannot be recovered. Crash reports are deleted automatically after no more than 90 days and anonymous usage statistics after 2 months. For more information: luluna.app/privacy
Deutsch: Löschung Ihrer Daten
In der App (empfohlen): Profil → Hilfe und Datenschutz → Meine Daten löschen. Dabei werden Ihr Kontodokument in der Cloud, sämtliche Einträge (Schlaf, Mahlzeiten, Windeln, Länge und Gewicht, Stuhlnotizen, Erinnerungen), die Fotos auf Ihrem Gerät und die App-Einstellungen sofort und dauerhaft gelöscht.
Wenn Sie keinen Zugriff mehr auf die App haben: Senden Sie eine E-Mail mit dem Betreff „Meine Daten löschen“ an support@luluna.app. Da Luluna keine Registrierung verlangt (die App nutzt ein anonymes Konto), teilen Sie uns bitte alle Angaben mit, an die Sie sich erinnern, damit wir Ihre Einträge finden können: Name und Geburtsdatum Ihres Babys, Land und ungefährer Installationszeitpunkt. Gefundene Einträge werden innerhalb von 30 Tagen gelöscht; wir bestätigen Ihnen dies.
Speicherdauer: Gelöschte Daten können nicht wiederhergestellt werden. Absturzberichte werden nach höchstens 90 Tagen, anonyme Nutzungsstatistiken nach 2 Monaten automatisch gelöscht. Weitere Informationen: luluna.app/datenschutz
